Refund Policy

60-Day Action Based Guarantee


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 60-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.


In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrolment, contact our support team at support@businessbuyingaccelerator.zendesk.com and let us know you'd like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework assignments with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund.


This 60-day, action based guarantee applies to the Coaching, Partner and Mentoring programs.


The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:




  1. A completed resources guide tracker with the dates of each module and relevant coursework assignments completed, using the template provided.

  2. A completed dream deal specification, using the template provided.

  3. A completed wealth creation plan, using the template provided.

  4. A completed tracker of at least 10 social media activities, based on the training and using the template provided.

  5. A filtered, qualified and segmented list of at least 20 potential deals, using the template provided.

  6. A full set of financial management information for at least one deal, using the template provided.

  7. A copy of your completed simple deal model, for at least one deal, using your financial management information inside of the integrated deal model template provided.

  8. A completed offer-sequencing chart for at least one deal, using the template provided.

  9. Copies of three completed and signed non-disclosure agreements with potential sellers, using the template provided or a third-party non-disclosure agreement.

  10. Copies of at least three offers declined for a single deal (using the offer sequencing chart) and using the template provided.


We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.


Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.


All refunds are discretionary as determined by Ninja Acquisitions Limited. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 60th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.



99-Day Completion Challenge


You are entitled to a full refund of all tuition fees (either one-payment or via a payment plan) provided you complete on your first deal within 99 days from registration. This does not apply to any deals you have in play prior to joining the program. To qualify, your completed deal needs to be originated either from the various strategies within the program or your own independent efforts. However your first point of contact on the deal needs to be after your registration.


To apply for a refund under the completion challenge, email a signed copy of your purchase contract to carl@ninjaacquisitions.com within 99 days of registering.
